The Approach
We do not have to settle. I combine more than 30 years of coaching experience with corrective exercise, movement education, and individualized training to help you stay strong, capable, and confident in the life you want to live.
I do not believe in forcing the body or treating pain as something to simply push through. We pay attention to how you move, how you recover, and what your body is telling us, then build from there. The goal is to strengthen the whole system by addressing weak or irritated areas so the body no longer has a weak link in the chain. When that happens, movement becomes more confident, and play can happen without fear.
Training should challenge you, but it should also help you build trust in your body. As your needs change, the training changes with you. We have to adapt as we get older, but adaptation does not mean surrendering the activities, independence, and enjoyment that make life worthwhile.

The Training Cycle
Assess
Understand how you move, where you’re limited, and what your body needs right now.
Adapt
Build strength, mobility, coordination, and confidence with training matched to your current capabilities.
Advance
Progress intelligently so you can do more, feel better, and keep expanding what your body can handle.
